We offer 12 months warranty on the repair we do. All repaired phones are covered by a twelve months warranty for the treated fault. If a part is faulty, we will replace it, unless there is evidence of physical impact damage or liquid damage.

We use similar high quality parts that come assembled on the original device, manufactured to A++ standards. The parts are covered under 12 months warranty.

In fact we are so confident in our engineers’ ability that we won’t charge if we can’t fix it..

1) Select your device, get your job number. Print your invoice or write your job number manually on a paper.

2) Package the unit in the bubble wrap envelop or Jiffi bag as it may protect wear and tear during transit.

3) Drop it in your local post office. Please send us your items via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery, which is insured and trackable.

4) The item will be dispatched back through Royal Mail special next day recorded delivery.

We do not recommend to send us sim card or any accessories with the device.

We send your device back to you via Royal Mail special next day delivery which is track able and insured up to £500.

As soon as we receive the device, we repair it and send it back to you within 24 hours.

Yes, we offer only screen replacement call out service for iPhone 6, 5, 5C, 5S, 4S,4 and Samsung Galaxy 5, 4,3. For London repair, our local technician will come to you, at your location to replace the broken screen in front of you. We also offer courier service within London M25 area. Our courier will come to you to collect the smart phone, tablet or laptop, and return it same day to you. All of our service comes with 12 months warranty.
