All of our clinics offer a walk-in service so feel free to pop in with your device and a member of staff will be able to help you.
We are also able to perform repairs while you wait but please check directly with the location you'll be visiting to see when they can fit you in.
The majority of our most common repairs are completed within 1-2 working days; devices with uncommon issues will generally have a longer turnaround of 3-7 working days.

Can't get down to one of our clinics because you're located too far away or simply just a busy-bee? You're welcome to post your device to us instead!
Just follow these 3 easy steps:
1) Book your repair online here and write down the job reference number and device's IMEI number on paper to be included in your parcel.
2) Wrap your device up securely - we recommend using bubble wrap or a padded envelope - and post it off to us at our Head Office.
3) You will receive an email notification once we have received your device. All further updates will be sent via email or on the phone so please do ensure that you are able to be reached.
Once the device has been repaired, we will notify you and after taking payment, will have this sent back by 1pm on the next working day via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

We offer a pick-up and drop-off service for our bedridden patients situated within Central London's Zone 1 locations.
Our courier will come to your requested pickup point to collect your phone, tablet or laptop, and bring it to our London Bridge HQ to be repaired. Please note that while we do aim to complete repairs within 1-2 working days where possible, some repairs may require additional time for testing purposes or part deliveries.
Zone 1 locations cover the following postcodes:
E1, EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4
SE1, SW1, WC1, WC2, W1 .

We're now offering a call-out service for those located within our boundaries.
Please contact us on 020 7403 9111 regarding this as each case is individually checked for eligibility. If approved, we'll send a paramedic to your home or place of work to perform the repair then and there, with a 30-40 minute turnaround time once there
